Breakfast was good, staf carried large bags upstairs, room cleaned & fresh towell every day, felt secure-. office staffed 24hrs
The stairs are steep so if you have problems climbing stairs ask for room at lower levels, I didn't and got one on top floor.Couldn't get staff to put a drop of oil on squeeky door hinge, plumbing can be noisy

Extremely helpful staff, walking distance to bus and underground.
A bit expensive (110 euros) for what it was offering (small rooms, not so centrally located, average breakfast, old furniture, WiFi not working). But I guess this is how London works... :-)

Had a really lovely stay with all amenities, the location was lovely and amazing, close to the bus stop, and a walk from an underground station.

Everything was good, magnificent location not far from two tube stations as well as Hammersmith Apollo, pleasant experience. The room was compact and brand-new in the kettle. An electric kettle, central heating and an iron available were an advantage.

Convenient fairly clean hotel with welcoming staff who made the stay a great experience. Modern, airy rooms provided with tea, a double bed, for instance.

We stayed at hotel with my family. Stuff was very kind and helpfull. Location of hotel is also really good - half an hour to city centre and you can choose from a lot of buses from Hammersmith station which is 5 minutes by walk or 2 by bus (stop is in front of the hotel).Room was clean and small, but if you need only place for sleeping, it is ok.
What was really poor was choice of food for breakfest. We stayed there for 4 nights and breakfest was the same every morning - cereals, yoghurt and toast with jam or eggs. That was all. We missed some ham, cheese, bred or baguettes.. for adult it was really not enough and we have to ask for another portion of toasts to be not hungry.

Location is within 5 mins to Shepherd's Bush Tube Central Line Station.
Weak wifi signal in room, dirty room (dust can be seen in the fans and coffee pot), hot water in basin while cold in the shower...

The location here is great, close to the city center, with friendly staff and cozy rooms.

The only thing to like was the location.
The staff, the room, cleanliness, bathroom, tea/coffee replenishment. Tea bags were loose and the milk was mouldy.

The staff were extremely friendly and treated us with great respect. The room was absolutely lovely, especially for the cheap price we paid. And then to top it off the breakfast in the morning was delicious and the breakfast team were very polite. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back to stay.
As the rooms were quite closely packed I felt like I had to be rather quiet as I could hear next doors tv and conversation very clearly
